CASCOR provides high quality home improvements, renovations, extensions, garage build and extensions, loft

conversions, steel structure, new window and door build and installation, Listed building works, garden rooms, store rooms, kitchen and cooking facilities, full bathrooms, flooring, tiling, plumbing & electrical services We also complete structural works including retaining walls, underpinning & groundwork, wooden decking, concrete works and swimming pool builds. We cover all areas of the domestic property and any customer requirement, including landscaping and sourcing of bespoke lights and furnishings.

Commercial

We have completed multiple commercial projects for various companies within the public sector, these works include refurbishments to buildings on varied sites in and around the Cape Metropole. We offer complete shop fitting, carpentry, dry walling and partitioning, waterproofing and painting, ceiling and bulkhead installations. In addition we supply demolition services, removal of Asbestos and rubble, Building regulation

applications, new builds and specialised roofing works inclusive of plastic coatings. Our workforce of up to 30 employees include sub –contractors; qualified tradesmen and woman, including interior and exterior decorators, plumbers, electricians, landscape artists. We provide these services to our clients, to ensure innovation, quality and excellence.

Industrial

We have a number of industrial projects including a complete build of an industrial unit, including all fit out services to provide specialised working spaces. Through our family network we can provide the manufacture

of any steel fabrication needed on site or as a new product such as electrified gates.

CASCOR PROJECTS has been a family run business since 2016, we specialise in new builds, bespoke house and commercial renovations, extensions & repairs. We work closely with other small companies to provide an extensive network of architects, artisans and craftsmen providing refurbishments, reactive repairs, and completely new builds, as well as landscaping, planning , draughtman and continuity services\associated with the Industry. We also provide services to the national letting and estate agent, where we are approved contractors for listed building repairs and renovations
